Phases
Coffee/Tea Date
Once you complete your brief Brand Application, we will schedule a virtual coffee or tea date. During our coffee/tea date, we will get to know each other. We will also discuss your business, purpose and passion while also discovering how we can work together to accomplish amazing things.
Discovery
Clarity is key! To gain clarity we will go through my Brand Discovery process where we will take a deep dive into your vision, business goals and branding.
Brand Build
Once we have all of the necessary details, I will begin working on your brand identity which will help set the foundation for building a website that is unique to you and your business.
Web Build
With your brand concept completed, I will begin building your site with intention and strategy as the guide. The result will be a site that is not only beautiful, but functional as well. Your new site will be set up to attract, engage and convert your ideal clients.
Final Walkthrough & Training
We will meet to walk through your new site and make sure everything is just right. After our meeting, I will conduct a final site inspection and we will begin to prepare for your launch.
You will also receive training and support to make sure you are not only set up for success but empowered to update and maintain your site. Don’t worry, you will receive a recording (and a bonus checklist) which you can refer back to whenever you need it.

Frequently Asked Questions
This will depend on the deliverables and your needs. On average, a 5-page website could take 12-14 weeks from project start to launch. A website that is 1-3 pages can be completed on a Designer VIP Day.
Yes!
For a 5 page website, a 30% initial retainer fee is required to reserve your spot on my calendar. After the initial 30% deposit is paid, the remaining balance is split into monthly payments. I also require the project to be paid off in full before completion and ownership transfer.

My goal is to empower you and remove any tech overwhelm you may feel coming into this project. At the close of the project, you will receive training videos as well as a manual that will help you maintain and update your website.
However, if you feel stuck and need assistance after the project is over, I offer Designer VIP Day Intensives where we can work on updating your website.
It will depend on the project type as well as my current availability.
